STAY AWAY FROM WOODSTOCK PROPERTIES!!! This place is the worst place ever to rent from. Laurie Suarez was our property manager and she is HORRIBLE! She is a big liar and will do anything to make herself feel like her story is the truth. She charged me for appliances that was broken and she promised to send someone out to fix and never did. DUSTY WOODSTOCK IS A SCAM ARTIST. I was a tenant of Woodstock Properties for over 2 years. She emailed me 30 days before my lease was up stating the owners were selling and I needed to move out at the end of my lease. 20 days after my move out, I was sent a bill for over $800 for costs to “put the apartment back in it’s original state” in addition to my full security deposit being sent to the owner. Terrible customer service and communications. From the moment we asked to see the property the agent treated us as if they did not want us to rent the property. Even though the house was move in ready, the carpers were dirty and had stains, the rails were falling off the balcony. The windows had signs of deterioration the outside of the house was dirty. The aggravating part to us was the lack of communications from the agent.
Penny is the sweetest book keeper , always consistent with her emails . I rented from them for a year . Laurie was my property manager and whatever I needed done she was right on time with it . Would highly recommend leading through them .
