I rarely leave reviews, but this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We initially requested a room change due to cleanliness issues, and what we were moved into was honestly worse. The second room had visible bugs in the bed, multiple of them. Not just one random insect, but several crawling on the sheets. I’ve attached photos because it’s hard to believe otherwise. Poor quality rooms. I checked in on the 21st of March 2026 to be given a molded room, with a sunken 6, noisy refrigerator, broken dresser drawer and no remote for the tv. The second room toilet doesn't flush and the tub would fill with water as you shower. Please don't check in room 306 or 315. I have asked to speak to a manager several times. Overall, this is a pretty nice little place to stay, but they're supposed to have coffee from 7am to11am everyday a week. And on sundays there's never any coffee unless it's day old coffee.No sugar, no creamer, I know this may be small things to some people but i want my coffee .
