This is honestly a better review than this hotel deserves. The room was clean and there were no bugs, but that was probably the only thing about my stay that wasnt horrible. For one this is an extended stay hotel, not suites for out of towners, which I was. Second, the staff treatment made me feel like they thought they were doing me a favor instead of appreciating my business. The rooms are stripped to the bare essentials. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! It's poorly staffed and maintained. I came from Ohio to visit friends here in Oklahoma, thank GOD that they had accommodations for me because staying at this place for 8 days was definitely unacceptable. I am still due a $40 refund from an error on their behalf but can't even get an update if my refund is being processed. I'm not even angry to the point of using bad language, I just want to be made "whole" again and that's definitely not too much to ask especially when the mistake was theirs.

Buyer beware!!!! If you get this room from an on-line site know that there is an upcharge of $15.85. They do not give breakfast, not even a muffin. It took me an hour to check in. Nobody mans the check in area. They have a number on the wall for you to call and it is discoonected. I found the number on my cell and got someone to the front desk. From there it took him over 45 minutes to check me in. Will NEVER come back. Hotels.com said the price I see is the price I pay, they didn't warn a hotel/motel can have upcharges
