Do not let the photos fool you the place looks nothing like the photos. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. It appears they have had very little maintenance done and what was done was a the best shabby. I reserved two queen rooms non smoking. We got One ragged two queen with smoke burns and stains and one ragged queen with smoke burns. Both where suppose to be free both have had dogs in them. Stuff in the room was chewed up. If I had to choose any Motel-Hotel it would be Wood Spring Suiets just because the manager CP and his staff and also this one employee by the name of Heather. They are the most understanding and caring people I have met in a long time!!! I can't thank the manager CP and his staff and also an employee by the name of Heather enough They have went above and beyond to help my family. They really are one in a million!!! Best place to stay with long term stay, good service good place
The staff is very friendly. Kameron, Harley & Mary (the 3 front desk workers that I've met) will go above & beyond to make sure your stay is a pleasant one. Great location! Great price!
