I am devastated! I’ve tried for two days to be calm with no results. I have stayed at the woodspring suites for YEARS… (in New Jersey) I came to the one in Allentown thinking i would get the same results . Very bad choice. This place is a dump. No running hot water. The laundry machines don’t work and took almost 8 dollars worth of coins. I was locked out of my room at 2 am and not one person would answer the phones located outside. Worst hotel I have ever visited. Manager is unprofessional and is unresponsive to any questions or concerns.....stay away from this place
This place is a dump! The floor tiles are lifting up, the front of the refrigerator is rusted. It smells like center city apartment complex and it’s absolutely dirty! They have no coffee pots for your room but then run out of coffee pot for the lobby. Not a single lamp in the wall. Someone catches their own coffee pot on fire and the entire place had to be evacuated after midnight. My husband seen/heard it for himself.
