Maintenance requests are ignored or very slowly handled. The amount of drugs being sold on the property is scary. Cars are not safe in the parking lot. And management is slow to respond to calls.
Im a vet with a legal service dog drawing disability. I went in to fill out an application and was told they dont follow ada service animal policy even though I had legal documents for my service animal. Admin was rude and not professional had to file a Ada complaint against property. Since they flat out said they dont have to follow any ada laws. This is a terrible place to live office staff and manager lie to get you in trouble. I asked before I moved in and they said yes. Now my lease is up and they are making me leave. I asked why and it because I have a big dog. I am disable and have no money to move so now I have to live in my van. These people are heartless. There is a lot of drug activity in this complex. Pools have been closed half of summer because lazy annoyance can't fix a ladder. Now both pools are green. I hate this place and all the staff
When moved in had a few minor issues but my biggest issue is there are no signs posted displaying the laundry room hours and I come inside my apartment with one load and go back to get my towels and the laundry room is locked....not even at 8:15pm nether the less. Thank god I was able to get one somewhere... Post signs so people know not to use these machines that are way overpriced and hardly work
