The property looks much nicer on the outside than it does on the inside. The units were outdated, and there were recurring bug issues. The area also felt unsafe after a fatal shooting during a robbery on the property, and it was concerning to see snakes coming from the pond onto the property, even up the stairways. Management did not seem responsive to repeated concerns, and I also heard about maintenance entering apartments without proper notice. These apartments are overpriced, outdated, and poorly managed. The walls are paper-thin, and there are no meaningful amenities. My interactions with management were consistently unprofessional. The leasing process felt rushed and misleading. During my tour, I was shown a filthy unit and had to repeatedly follow up to view the actual unit I would be leasing before signing. After moving in, management informed me there were roach issues in the building and required mandatory pest control sprays…information that was not disclos... read more
Never could get anybody to call me back. I even stopped in a PLS to talk to them. Had no sale associates to even talk to.
