Every single person I've had the pleasure of interacting with at Wood's Plumbing has been top notch. They truly give world class customer service. From the person who answers the phone, to every technician I've had at my home, to Bill Wood himself, they are out to serve and support. I have never felt overcharged. They are prompt and helpful. They are on top of details and always make their service calls fit into my life. I would never call another place. Wood's has a lifelong customer in me.

I had my home re-plumbed. The entire organization was tip-top, from dealing with Caitlyn (scheduling) to having Bart and Bob doing the actual work. They were first rate, professional, friendly, efficient, on time, and very clean! I would highly recommend these guys! Bart communicated what was being done every step of the way.

Thank you Joe and Kaitlin for getting Donovan to our house so quickly. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly successful in getting our water draining again. I appreciated that he took the time to find the well hidden clean out on our older home and even investigate further to find the "root" of the cause - pun intended. Wow!!! I could not have been more impressed with the genuine service Bart gave us. On a Sunday evening my plumbing went out. I called at 6:30 and Bart was at our house within a half hour. He took great care to fix the problem, was extremely professional and moved with urgency. He possessed a great attitude and was very friendly. I will call Wood's Plumbing if I ever have a plumbing issue again and will definitely recommend them. They were recommended to me from another extremely happy customer. A job done right!!! Shawn was very professional and said he would find my drip. I had a drip coming from my bathroom ceiling. I was so relieved to hear him say he would find the source. No one else could figure it out. Shawn found that the plastic pipe had not been sealed. He glued it in place and no more leak. I am so thankful that now I can have the hole above my sink repaired. I loved his "can do" attitude. I will definitely call Wood's Plumbing for future plumbing needs.
