Joe (GM) and Jay arrived shortly after I called Wood's. I had two distinct problems - one of which uncovered the other, you could say. Both Joe and Jay will diligent and thorough and remained until 8pm to make the repair! Their cleanup was spotless - you'd never know they had been there! I've relied on Wood's for years and they have always come through.

Donavan Campbell was quick and came out right away to fix leaky flapper and the spot where the water turns on and off...very kind and professional!! Had all 3 toilets replaced with this company .
I called Friday afternoon to have some work done the next week - they were there 8AM Monday morning. Bart was very professional, pleasant, and very nice! I've always been extremely pleased with Wood's response to any issues or problems that I've had. I also feel that the costs are reasonable.
Nick and Jay did more work for us today and as always professional and done right. Two very nice young men who we plan on having do more work for us over the 2018 year. Just a terrific company.
What a professional company. I called them on a Friday morning at 6:00am and to my surprise the phone was answered by a friendly person(Katlynn) and took my information down. She had a tech call me within minutes to tell me how to turn my leaking hot water heater off. We then had a tech out by 10:00 am. Bart was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He took pride in the work he did. Woods Plumbing is who I would recommend!
