This place has been vastly declining in quality for the nearly three years I have lived here. Despite brining it to management's attention several times, there are STILL dead leaves all over the ground that is killing the grass and making this place look like an absolute dump. There is trash scattered all over the complex and it is very clear that only the front office is maintained while the rest of the complex is left to look like a slum.
