Final update: I will acknowledge that the work arranged the Regional management was completed on schedule and the contractors were professional and courteous beyond my expectations. The moment finishing touches were scheduled and handed over to the property; multiple failures and missed appointments left us with no choice but to perform the cleaning, painting, attempted salvaging of carpet ourselves. I want to say that Donna in the leasing office is great! She’s helpful and responsive. My only complaint is I have been a resident here for going on 3 months and am not able to properly utilize the amenities. I have been promised a gym and pool key fob since my first day of moving here. I have asked numerous times when I will receive one and feel as if I am being strung along. The amenities are available during office hours but I workout outside of those hours and have to call prior to visiting the swimming pool to be “let i... read more
