This place has been vastly declining in quality for the nearly three years I have lived here. Despite brining it to management's attention several times, there are STILL dead leaves all over the ground that is killing the grass and making this place look like an absolute dump. There is trash scattered all over the complex and it is very clear that only the front office is maintained while the rest of the complex is left to look like a slum. The lady that provided the tour was excellent, she deserves a raise but for the area, the apartments bordered on dilapidated and disappointing.
Living at The Woods has been a disappointing experience characterized by annual rent increases without a corresponding increase in service or property care. Management consistently fails to take accountability for internal issues, such as flooding, and the upkeep of the grounds is severely lacking. While the maintenance team is responsive and performs adequately on work orders, they are the sole exception to an otherwise poorly managed property.
