A lot has changed unfortunately since the new management has taken over Woods Edge Apartment Office the same management who owns Forest Oaks now owns these apartments. It’s very clear they bought these just for the money. They don’t fix anything. It is not the same place as it wasn’t 2020. That’s when I moved in. Hopefully things get better here. It is still a nice apartment building. It would be a shame to have it run into the ground.
Woods Edge was a wonderful place to live. We lived there for 2 1/2 years, and were very impressed with the management and maintenance of the apartments. The area was quiet, and we enjoyed a woods view. If we ever had a maintenance concern, it was taken care of immediately. We also appreciated how accommodating Woods Edge was, with both our pets and allowing us to plant a flower garden. We are so glad we decided to rent there, and highly recommend Woods Edge!
I’ve lived here for a little over a year. I like the private entrances to each apartment. Colin and Patrick are both very helpful. And the maintenance is excellent. It’s definitely worth the money. I also like that is very quiet and peaceful.
