Do not live here. The homeless have free rein over this property. I’ve had things stolen, shopping carts left in my entryway, and tweakers show up on my doorstep at early hours in the morning to name a few. Every other week, the water is shut off for something which is a huge inconvenience as the front office only notifies you AFTER your utilities have already been shut off. DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Trash everywhere. Homeless people everywhere. Management is awful. They act like they are doing all these renovations but the place is still terrible. Homeless people swim in the pool, use the BBQ pit, & sleep in the cabana. Cops & management do nothing about it. Such a shame. Save yourself, look elsewhere.
It is difficult to get in and out.
