The manager of Madison Terrace (the same manager of The Woods) actually tried to tell someone that he was not permitted to correspond via mail with any tenant at that property. Clearly looney tunes!
I was impressed with the managers knowledge of the rules and regs of HUD. I am moving in soon and am looking forward to the lovely location. Casey was so accommodating to me to show me the apt. twice to check for furniture placement and plugs. She was helpful with several ideas.
The manager is very rude person. And very disrespectable to other people feelings
