Our 3 year old Flossie kitty was recently diagnosed with stomatitis, a horribly painful disease for kitties. The doctors and staff at WRAH have been so helpful and comforting to both Flossie and us from explaining the disease, the referral, transferring her records, x-rays, and their very timely and thorough communication to a local certified pet dentist. My cat, Jennifer, had horrible tonic clonic seizures, refractory to treatment. The staff was so kind and compassionate when I had to have her put down. The staff took a gut wrenching situation and handled it with warmth, kindness and support. The staff actually took the time to send a sympathy card in the mail to me regarding Jennifer. I am more than impressed with Woodruff Road Animal Hospital and recommend this facility to everyone. Their love and dedication to their furry patients is genuine and top notch.

In my opinion and the staff injuried our pet while taken from the room .She was wearing her collared leash on this day. Heard loud trachea coughing not realizing it was her. Injuries include elevated thyroid level from the neck trauma and a herniated cervical disk. Ask them for inservice to re -teach staff on safe practice but i guess that was to much to ask. ??Dont let this happen to your pet.
