Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I did not feel safe at all in their care. Oxygen ordered by the physician was removed for maintenance activities and being without oxygen was frightening. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. One nurse dismissed stomach pain after taking pills, telling me it was in my imagination. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.
