Woodruff was a good company to work for I would recommend it to anyone who is super green in construction.for the most part a very relaxed work environment did not feel appreciated with the company definitely a bit cliquey inside the office.if you are a good employee you will be doing a good majority of things by yourself and expected to lead new people without any incentive.or recognition for your work
I worked with Woodruff Construction as a subcontractor on a project in Nevada. They were very responsive to communications and very reliable when it came to quality of work and job management. From the initial stages of the design and planning to the finishing details of the job site, they were diligent and precise. They were active and present on site.
