Most of the time I would have given them a 5 star but yesterday I was told it would take 45 minutes to put the part on and it took 1hr and 45 minutes and they wasn't overly busy.......yes I will use them again
I'm happy with the friendly service and atmosphere. Everyone from sales to service, even finance guy super easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Even if an accident happened and Rhett Butler got scratched (2017 Chevrolet HD new truck) he's georgeous! And smarter than me! Lol they promised complete satisfaction and I'm sure they will!
We have purchased several different Chevrolet automobiles over the years however this dealership was by far the best in customer service! They cared that we purchased a vehicle we would be satisfied with and it was a genuine concern. My husband and I highly recommend, worth the trip!
Do not purchase a vehicle here. Other than Ashley in service... they don't want anything to do with you after the sale. I needed to cancel my extended warranty that I purchased at their insistence and Rick & Billy pretty much told me to kick rocks. Said they got rid of all warranty contracts and contact information for GMPP, for me to GOOGLE IT!

As we told you when you requested cancellation, we would need the mileage on the vehicle and the paperwork showing the date you traded the vehicle in order to properly process the cancellation.
