Drove 2 hours to buy a car from Woodruff two months ago. All went well with the purchase, but we were told they would have to mail us the second key because the previous owner hadn’t brought it in yet. Fast forward a week or so, they sent us the key in a regular mail envelope. Needless to say the key didn’t make it, just a ripped envelope. It was either stolen or fell out. Great service all the way around my work truck fuel pump went out while I was out of town working they got it towed in and had me back on the road the next day I would recommend them to anybody THANK YOU AGAIN WOODRUFF CHEVROLET!!!!

My experience with Woodruff Chevrolet has not been great! I purchase a 2009 Chevrolet Traverse and we have had nothing but problems with the car! We have only had the car a year and a half and have spent over $2000 in repairs! We now have another issue with car! We brought it to Woodruff Chevrolet and were told it would be $3000 to have it repaired.
