The work on my furnace did finally get to a working conclusion but it was a very difficult process to get there. The first tech was definitely not knowledgeable. After getting an exoerienced tech, my furnace is working pretty well. I have a lot of reservation now however after the hard time to get an experienced tech, the product installed finally, and what I consider to be minimal help and clear information on maintenance that a customer needs for using and maintaining.
