Great company and excellent service! Had them install my furnace and air conditioner many years ago. Had my AC go down during hot weather and called first thing in the morning. The technician Logan was there by mid day and diagnosed the problem quickly to a relatively inexpensive electrical component that he had on his truck, fixed. Tech was knowledgeable, professional and nice.
Jake always gets the job done correctly! Nice and polite! We needed a gas shut off valve behind our oven for Lowe’s to install our oven. Jake even left an extra fitting for Lowe’s to make sure they had an option for correct fitting.
Awesome encounter. Christian did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to deal with. Got my system back up and running and sign me up for a maintenance program that I should have had. I'd highly recommend Woodruff and Smith to anyone.
