The repair was not done. The problem still remains the same and we still haven't been contacted by anyone as to the request to have the repainting done. Very poor service.
The repair was not done. The problem still remain regardless of the numerous asks to have it fix. Management then stated that the low water pressure was normal which it is not as it was not like that previous to other water pipe issues in the building. Very disappointed.
Since moving into these apartments the shower broke causing me to call the firefighters, I’ve had the fridge, the dishwasher break, the shower door has never worked, drawers were missing handles because they didn’t “fit”. Apartment flooded not once but twice because nothing was done the first time and the second time around we had to deal with the problem and damages since January and it is now almost April. Woodridge Apartments are fantastic! The property manager, Dimas, responds so fast to any maintenance requests. The public spaces are regularly cleaned. Highly recommend!
