Not the best looking but very affordable with just the light bill. The staff is ok. There are bedbugs but it's not much of a problem.
I HAVE LIVED AT WOODRIDGE APT FOR OVER 3 YEARS. ALTHOUGH WE HAVE FACED MANY CHALLENGES FROM DRAINAGE SEWAGE FLOODS, AIRCONDITIONING, BUGS....THESE ARE COMMON ISSUES THAT ARISE LIKE ANY PLACE ELSE. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING WHILE FACING THIS ISSUES IS HOW THEY ARE HANDLED. KAISHA AND HER TEAM ARE PROMPT WELL IMFORMED AND GIVE THEIR BEST TO ENSURE THE ISSUES ARE RESOLVED IN A TIMELY MANNER.
They are ok besides the are getting a little ratchet in the back.. they keep trash on the ground, it people sitting out watching your every move and every now and then it someone getting into a fight or argument across the street from me.. the apartment can us some improvement..
