I'm thankful for staff here at 500 flats The new security is AWESOME. They are all nice gentlemen and they listen and act upon our concerns on the property. My Greatest compliment goes to Lisa. She has is such a Powerful Positive Patient Kind person here at this property. She is very willing to help me with whatever questions I have, she always makes herself available and she goes over and beyond to meet the needs. She truly shows that she cares for us and our safety on this property.
Lisa Evans at 500 flats gives amazing service and is extremely knowledgeable in her position I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER for any services with 500 flats!!
The staff is very professional as well as the security. Lisa and Marsala have gone above and beyond to make living here a pleasant experience. I would also like to say the new young man at the front desk is very respectful and professional I believe his name is Luke
Lisa and Marcela have been amazing, they’ve helped train me with patience and professionalism. The management here is excellent, and I’m excited to see how we can continue improving the property together.
