Only the worst Manicure I’ve ever had. It’s very thick, uneven, and has little air bubbles in the nail polish. Also had used a different shade of pink than requested even though I had pointed out the actual color that I wanted from their own nail color catalog. I wanted a warm natural pink and got a bright white pink instead. Even the shape of the nails is uneven and they left a hard cuticle behind that catches on clothing. Also not cheap.

On August 20, 2026, at around 10:33 AM, I called this salon to make an appointment. Someone answered the phone, called me “crazy,” and then hung up. Honestly, I was shocked by that kind of attitude and customer service. Before calling this salon to make an appointment, I think everyone should seriously reconsider whether it’s worth it. If this is how they treat customers over the phone, I can only imagine what the in-person experience would be like. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

I called to make an appointment and was surprised by how I was treated. The person who answered the phone immediately and rather rudely asked whether I was “going to no-show again.” She claimed I had missed two previous appointments. I get my nails done very infrequently, usually only for a special event or travel and I have always shown up for my appointments.
