Horrible management. Poor communication. And wrongfully withheld the deposit.
DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S BEST FOR YOU. This is purely my experience and my opinion Woodman Sylvan Properties. These people were advised on multitude of occasions about a persisting mold issue in unit 101. They refuse to fix the problem and we are forced to live in a very unhealthy environment. Manager Eric did hire his own professional mold testing, after great difficulty, and i have yet to see those results! Love how the people who work here / own this company gave it five stars lol they clearly need it
We had no idea how good we had it until we moved! They were so professional and got things done right away. Our building was cleaned well weekly. Any service order was handled with respect and speed. They were fair with rent and deposits. Also loved having a very involved property manager.
