This company has zero customer service. Seriously consider the negative reviews. Monarch mid-management said that I would be in "legal peril" if I kept leaving bad reviews about Seasons on Chelsea near Cincinnati; it was the response to me when disputing move-out charges. Two maint techs left in the year that we lived here & they were constantly short staffed in maint. When maint did repairs, they were rarely finished the first time (even when it was simple request). The grounds of this complex are decent. Pool is decent. Most residents do not live by the rules of the complex and those rules are not enforced. People drive the opposite direction on 1-way streets, for example. The larger issues are as follows: Our air conditioners didn't work the whole time we lived there. We brought it up on multiple occasions. They never would fix the air conditioner. Probably because it doesn't cost them anything to have a broken air conditioner.. This company works to get your business with a nice leasing agent, but everyone else in the office is terrible at customer service. They ignore complaints or put you off, sometimes saying you are a liar. They bill you for things they already said they would not. The owning company in Colorado does not return calls.
