I have to say, since 3 members of my family had surgeries in last 2 months at Woodlawn Hospital. Their attention, customer service, and being so nice has open my eyes. I will give Woodlawn hospital and staff 5 star rating!
It good people in here. And try to make people feel comfortable in here. They took care of me. Because I had kidney stones two times oready.
Maternity is wonderful. Had my last child there 15 years ago. Now all three of my grandchildren born here. Staff is so sweet and kind and very dependable. I love Woodlawn Maternity. Emergency room was my problem too years ago. Too many tired grumpy docs.
Woodlawn Hospital is excellent in all aspects except one. Their billing system is about as confusing as a bill from Comcast. You pay it in full, they say it's paid in full, but then a couple of months later you get a bill.
The nurses where making fun of us made us feel like shit and didn't really give an answer of what was wrong told us to follow up with a family doctor unpleasant visit
Been going to Woodlawn since 1981 for numerous things and only once years ago had a bad experience with my mother ... it was taken care of promptly yes you may get a not so nice person once in awhile just deal with it still go there for medical help
