I recently was a patient in the ER and just have to tell you of my experience. Ginger Richard went above and beyond and helped me a lot. The time I spent there was very well done and thoroughly professional.The Doctor was really good as well as the X-ray girls and triage nurses can't say enough about how great this hospital is. Yes I work there but it is a great and caring hospital to be at when you r ILL kudos to all the staff at Woodlawn for awesome care Ty
I had the best care last week when I was in the ER, I was so so sick! They quickly got test going and medication started! Then was admitted had awesome nurses, techs, lab dept, X-ray dept, housekeeping and dietary!! And most of all the best doctor! Dr. Ricketts!!! Thank you for every single one of you!!! Myself and my family will be forever greatful!

Staff was great but I was referred to by the doctor as "non-emergent." I am still unable to breathe 6 hours later. After living with asthma my entire life, why would I make an ER issue for the first time ever if I didn't feel that it was an emergency? What a joke. Side note: don't let your doctor preach to his patients what he thinks is wrong with America's health/Healthcare system. I do not value his opinion on this and did not pay $200 to listen to him preach about it. Thoroughly unimpressed...
