RecommendedToday was one of the hardest days of my life. We had to lay my mother to rest. Our experience with Woodlawn was incredible. From the first phone call, to going to pick up the flowers and gifts after the service, these precious people were there to help, hug, or just be there and listen. They made a very difficult situation so much easier to handle. I thank God for such awesome people. I can't imagine ever using another funeral home.
I would recommend Woodlawn to every one. The process was made so easy with Dan and the staff. I have been unfortunate enough to bury many family members, but this is the best I have ever been treated. Woodlawn is beautiful inside and the staff makes you feel comfortable leaving your loved one in their care.
What an amazing experience to work with the staff as the Patriot Guard supported the family of a local Veteran. Our members met and socialized with the Director and his family. Everyone was welcoming and very friendly!
The ease of making the arrangements was so heartwarming! The beauty of the facility and service was so emotional. Mom and I thank you Dan and your entire family and staff!! You have become our extended family and couldn’t ask for anything better!!

We chose Woodlawn for their compassion, home town friendliness, and their many selections based on our needs. Andy Rumph was a former student and neighborhood "kid" that made our decision even more significant.
Thank you to Andy and his staff for a beautiful simple service for my brother. My favorite part of the service was the burial of the urn at my mothers grave site. Each member of the family getting to place a shovel of earth in the grave at the end was so very meaningful and gave a sense of closure. I would highly recommend Woodlawn to anyone.
