I think someone needs to open a first class car wash on the east side. Get creative make it a coffee: Internet cafe...so many ideas. Pay people to care.

The interior and exterior wash its not that good at all and the only reason why its in business its because they are the only full service carwash in town, poor attitude when you bring flaws about their work to their attention but they get away with it because they have no competition. If this is the kind of work they do with the wash I sure wont trust them with lube shop.

Expensive for everything but when all employees are paid minimum wage why would they care to put pride in their work... And seems a lil weird they wont hire blacks especially when a few white emplyees have shaved heads and you hear them calling eachother SKIN while waitng outside by the car detail station... Anyway wih the price and fnshed product i would not go here again.

Well officially not coming here ever again. Woodlands car wash, the only place where you can expect to pay $30 a car wash, wait an hour and a half, still get a dirty car back, and be told by a manager that you have to pay more to actually get it cleaned all the way. Good job guys, you went from best car wash in town to shadyest in a matter of no time

I jus visited the car wash. The attendant placed my vehicle into position for my car to be washed. After a little bit I realized the attendant did not place the transmission in the correct position as the rear end of the vehicle was locked up being pushed along. A moment later the wash was stopped and an attendant came out and fixed the problem placing the transmission into the correct position. I went for an oil change and car wash today (June 1). More than an hour after I arrived I stiil hadn't seen my car come through the wash (the oil change took 15 minutes). When I asked about it I was told sorry, but they were busy. I can appreciate that, but quite frankly so was I. They were not staffed appropriately so cars were extremely backed up. Go Somewhere Else!! Three oil changes in a row the WRONG oil and filter were put into my vehicle! After my engine failed they refuse to take any responsibility, and have not offered to compensate me what so ever! I guess I should have double checked their work.
