I came in Defensive and already aggravated. My beautiful stepmother just graduated this life; I need to drive up and down to the valley to help care for my father. Clean, quick, professional!
they were very nice and car is CLEAN!
Zero Stars if that were possible. I left there with a car washed from the outside but the inside was just as bad as when I took it in. All they could give me was excuses for not taking the trash out. vacuuming the center console but not wiping it clean. Also didn't vacuum the back of my car or under the floor rugs and instead of taking off the dog hair all they did was spread it to the door with whatever rag they were using. $27 (wasted) for a wash that would have cost me $11 at any do it yourself wash.
On 2/11/19 I had my oil changed at Woodlands Wash & Lube. They stripped my drain plug and I had to take it to a dealership to have it repaired which coast me $394.92.

It’s rare for me to feel any kind of confidence driving away from a mechanic. Somehow, Jeff and his team make this happen. He alerts me of any concerns and makes honest suggestions. The growling of my old Mercedes SUV turns to a purr...at least for another 5,000 miles or so...� Thanks guys!
Don’t know what happened used to be really good fast place to get oil change and car wash but last two times in takes forever 2 hrs today not good.
