It was INFESTED with roaches. After contacting our landlord multiple times we ended up buying 50$ of roach killer, never reimbursed. Repeatedly asked for screens to be put into our windows, never happened. They tore out our floors and left for two weeks. Our electricity bill was 50$ extra because of the lack of finishing the floor so all the cold air was coming into our apartment for well over 30 days.
