Great Condos! Our college aged daughter lives at the Woodlands and we are very happy with the facility. The previous poster mentions location and we were concerned also. It has not been a problem. The staff keeps a close eye on who is on the property and there is a remote operated security gate as well as good fencing. The neighbors are never in the pool. The property is kept clean and well cared for.
Nice place to live... The Woodlands apartments have just been completed here in Clemson. The apartments look great and have management on site (for normal business hours). These have to be the nicest apartments in Clemson, however I am quite concerned about their location. Just outside of the gates into the Woodlands is the Clemson "ghetto".
