The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because their dental tech/cleaner from Russia was very good. Otherwise, the customer service is horrible. I never saw the same dentist twice. I had a replacement pair of retainers made here for approximately $225. The tech did them wrong the first time and I had to go back and have them redone. They were cracked within a year, where most retainers last several.There seems to be high turnover on the lesser-skilled positions. The final reason I left was due to a $12,000 quote ... read more
First let me say that my overall interaction with the staff was excellent. However I had a major concern associated with the facility's radiation safety program. Due to some mechanical issues with the x-ray equipment, the Dental Assistant had to be in the examination room with me, holding the x-ray machine arm in place while my x-rays were being taken.
