Great place to live. Very nice people.
We’ve absolutely loved our first few weeks here! Joy in the leasing office has truly been a joy to work with (pun intended!) — she’s been amazing in helping us get settled! Maintenance has completed our service requests in a timely manner. This place is a huge upgrade from Grand Rapids! The amenities are fantastic, the team is great, and we love our new space. Thank you, Woodland Ridge team, for making this transition into our new home so smooth!
Considered renting here. Went on a tour to view a first floor unit. The smell was awful. Combination of musty basement, locker room and old smoke. There is no way I'd ever live in this disgusting place.
My experience so far after just moving in has been nothing short of pleasant! The office staff are kind, professional and eager to assist with anything! The maintenance crew promptly responded to all the things that were new to me to help me figure out how they all work. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. I am so happy to be here!
