Living here has been almost dreamlike. My husband and I have lived all over the USA and this is by far our most favorite place to call home. Daily I see wildlife in the woods just outside my balcony. A completely immersive walk in the forest is only steps outside my front door. In a time when the world seems a bit crazy, Woodland Ridge has been a refuge. We worked with Stephanie to help get us set up for an apartment. She was super helpful and made everything clear, as well as answering every little question we had without getting annoyed with us. Stephanie is hands down the best customer service we have ever received in our entire life.
We have loved our experience here at Woodland Ridge Apartments! The apartments are well built and quiet! We love that there are pet friendly buildings and a dog park! The pool is amazing as well as all of the staff! Thank you for making our experience so wonderful!! We would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a place to live!
Absolutely awful staff, I was charged for a car port that didnt even work and would consistently open on its own leaving my valuables and vehicles ripe for the taking. I put in a ticket to admin, it was "fixed" and they wouldn't take it off the lease and laughed about it. The pictures are all for show and are extremely inaccurate. Tl:dr Money hungry apartments with zero care for the tenants, reeks of weed, zero sound proofing. look elsewhere!
