Alright. Just watch for spider and cockroaches. My room is pretty alright. Oh yeah i forgot to say. Theres 2 beds 1 a regular bed and 2 is a bunk bed. And only 1 bathroom And just one more thing blackouts can happen so it would be pretty rare to find one

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. The complex is trash and the management is worse. They don’t care about their tenants or fixing anything but they sure do expect prompt rent payments. We were pretty much forced out because our kitchen became non functional with over flooding sewer water, and pests from the moisture. I have made a complaint with the city of Los Angeles due to an inhabitable home and have seeked legal representation because it’s not fair for my children as well.
