Quick and easy to work with . I had a great experience renting here .
I had a great experience with Woodland Park. My studio apt was in great shape and in a good location. The incl utilities was a nice benefit. They were always responsive.
I rented through them (formerly Panther Properties) for two years and genuinely do not have one nice thing to say about them. Constantly refused to fix leaks in house and refused to acknowledge mold growth. Charges exorbitant fees for ANY break in very strict lease. Will show up unnannounced to your house for inspections. Also the owner, Mark Paliotta is a convicted felon for innappropiate communication (soliciting of a minor) as of 2021. Can't include link here, but search his name. Rent with them if you hate yourself.
I have literally never written a Google review before and if I could give Woodland Park Properties zero stars, I would. My boyfriend and I toured and applied for one of the rental properties last week and promptly submitted our application, credit check information, and the additional per person application payment ($30/each) that evening. We didn't hear anything and only knew that we didn't get the apartment when the Zillow listing was taken down.
