I had a great experience living at these apartments for a year and a half. The front office staff are very friendly, and the maintenance team is very responsive. It was very convenient to have an HEB down the block and a Trader Joe's in the 'backyard'. Also, I know from first hand experience that these apartments held up extremely well during Harvey. Camden Park Apartments is by far the best apartment community around. The staff is super friendly and helpful! Maintenance always responds very quickly to requests or issues and are also very friendly. The grounds are always well-manicured and kept tidy. I highly recommend Camden Park for anyone who values safety and security for their families as well as hospitality!
I've been here for about 2 1/2 months now, and have had a great experience thus far. My leasing consultant, Lydia Quintero, has also been great! She made my welcome special w/ a personal handwritten note, and is constantly checking in to make sure I'm well. She's awesome!
Camden Park is not only one of the most beautiful properties in west Houston but the staff is extremely helpful and each team member goes above and beyond to provide the best living experience possible to their residents. I have really enjoyed my stay with Camden Park. The maintenance requests have all been quick and thorough. The office staff is always helpful and friendly. And not to mention we have DIRECT ACCESS TO TRADER JOE'S! The best perk hands down about moving here. The property is always clean and I feel welcomed here. Very happy with the service I've recieved from everyone. I highly recommend moving here.
The ladies in the office are awesome, the maintenance staff is always prompt and reliable! I love my apartment especially the wood floors( so chic)! Don't get me started on the Amenities! I LOVE Camden Park!!!
