Camden Park Apartment are an excellent place to call home. The office and maintenance staff are very helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home. My apartment is amazing and the property is well kept. I recommend it to any body looking for a safe,clean and beautiful place to live to come to Camden Park. Thank you Kat for all your help.
Perfect place to come home to. I really love that the gym is open 24 hrs, it works well with my work schedule. Maintenance men are quick, kind and work around my sleep schedule when I have services tickets that need to be completed. Overall a good place to live in Westchase.

I am a police Officer and I absolutely loved living here. The staff is really nice. Apartments are updated and they throw really nice events for the residents. I would recommend it to friends and family. In fact my aunt lives there now and she loves it as well.
This is my 2nd year living in Camden park & I like it here. I am pretty picky when it comes to living or convenience, and so far I have no complaints living here. I love the community here at Camden Park and all the staffs here are very friendly. Also, they take good care of the apartment complex which is nice. When there's something that needs to be fixed, the maintenance department comes fairly quick & does a really great job. Lastly, Camden Park's portal page makes it easier for you to communicate with others.
I'm writing my review based on my communication experience so, far with the property staff. Lydia has been absolutely amazing in assisting me with my long distance move. She has the best attitude and patience of steel. I have asked repetitive questions and made changes to my apartment size a couple of times. She also has gone out of the way to send pictures of the complex. I have only received professional attitudes from everyone. I will update when my move is complete.
I have been working with Alyssa in the office. Actually, she has been working for me......Trying to get me the best price and working on the timing of moving in. She has been amazing and I can't wait to move here. The whole office has been so nice when I've gone in there. I love this complex. I have heard nothing but good things about Camden Properties and can't wait to call Camden Park home. Thank you again, Alyssa for your efforts!!!!!!
The apartments are EXTREMELY NICE!!!!!!!! I only deal with one person in the office and that is Kat! She is like the most genuine person EVER!Deal with her. Like if u dont move here she is just one of those people that u need to grace your presence
