Worst Apartments Ever I am a current resident (April 2013). My experience is; Sales/New Business development guys are super nice. They did a wonderful job. BUT, Building management team is terrible/horrible. Once you become the resident, you will be treated as a criminal. You have to beg them for everything. You have to pay for the price even is their problem.(Tips...pay them something under table, you will be treated nicer) Building management guys will only monitor your back, everyday...not someone from outside, so you can... read more

I live already 11 years in woodland park apartment. I like it, but we have less trees and shrubs that protect us from the car pollution und give us shade. The 40 year old palm tree in our court yard got cut down, instead replanted after the leak was fixed. The concrete makes the court yard very hot, that's why we want more plants!!! The people in the office are nice and helpful and the maintenance gets done fast.

Noisy, dirty and nasty! Vomit left in hallway for 3 days. Cockroaches in hallways and apartment. Repairs not made.
