Nice Living-Poor Staff These apartments are very attractive; private patios are the main selling point. The unit I live in is well-insulated and well-maintained. The grounds are very attractive and are kept up nicely. Unfortunately, Equity is not able to keep as nice a staff in the leasing office. The staff ranges from incompetent to flat-out surly.
