Ever since the new management took over, this complex has seriously gone downhill. For subsidized housing, residents are facing unreasonable rent increases while the condition of the property continues to get worse. There is constantly garbage around the property, the grass and landscaping are no longer maintained properly, and maintenance requests take forever to be addressed, if they get addressed at all.
