They have allowed the property (****************) to fall into further disrepair after purchasing it from ****************** There is garbage everywhere, the lawn crew actively avoids the trash. The laundry room has garbage in it constantly, they haven't fixed a broken carport for nearly 4 months. This place is constantly staffed with new and incompetent people. The laundry rooms are always without working dryers and the staff is non-responsive to all of my concerns. Last year I was without hot water for several weeks. Staff at my apartment building, as well as the corporate office were dismissive and unhelpful. I receive different answers from each person I speak with about simple matters. The current property manager is extremely rude and unprofessional.

Former resident with Bella Asset. It was the worst living experience I have EVER had in my entire life. We moved in and the next day after our move sewer water flooded our house ruining our rugs. Things got worse from there. We had black mold in our bathroom cabinets, in the air conditioning ducts, a hole in our bathtub that leaked water into the living room, our sewage water flooded the house every few months, we had a water leak that they didn't fix for almost 5 months that raised our bill to $300 a month in summer, they e... read more

These people try to extort money out of residents in the middle of a pandemic. Threaten to evict you. If u are old or not Hispanic they treat u like trash. This place definitely needs to be investigated by the authorities. Lots of drug dealers living here because the leasing agents are getting paid on the side to bypass requirements. New owners are inept and grossly unqualified. My elderly father lives at one of their properties and the previous apartment manager and maintenance staff were fired. They have since been replaced by a one unethical and lazy employee. She is never at work and avoids the residents. What was a very nice property several years ago is now completely run down by Bella Asset, the new management. We have lived here since December of 2018. We've had nothing but problems. They take forever to fix minor problems. Our home has been leaking 50 gallons of water an hour for over three months and they still haven't fixed it. Their voicemail is always full and now they've blocked my number. We had our living flood 4 times with sewage water since we moved in, black mold in both bathrooms, had to replace both bathroom cabinets due to black mold, black mold in our AC vents and tubes, WE had to replace our garbage disposal, WE ha... read more
