There is a ceiling damage from water leak since June that was said to be fixed. I allowed them into my apartment to look at it several times and still it never has not been fixed, now they are trying to enter illegally into my dwelling without any sort of notice and very disrespectful in their demeanor and trying to give me a lease violation for trying to enter without notice.

Since moving in from the very first day we have had to deal with a window that is almost completely gone and been told would be fixed multiple times. Along with this we also have not had a closet light, our bedroom door frame looks like someone took an ax to it. The front door has gaps on 2 sides so there isn't a seal and we'll it's summer here in ***** so that means 104 degree Temps and above. Everything needs updating and fixed. Rules are made but few are enforced. People need to be screened better. Too much drug use going on.

They dont help with anything service related, poor communication, refuses to provide higher up info. poor service from management and on site. They are racist and unjust. They dont listen or comprehend anything! I have never been so dissatisfied with anyone let alone complex I have lived with. 4-5 years of living on property just to have my last year on site go to sh*t because they cant keep anyone on site or to work for them. Horrible place to live!! Please don't move here unless it is your last option or you will regret it. I've only lived here for about two months and it's been ****. The property manager, Ginger ***** has zero professionalism & isn't aware of what she can and cannot do as a landlord in the state of Oklahoma. My apartment has flooded with waste water several times within a month & according to neighbors, this isn't a new problem. Horrible place to live!! Please don't move here unless it is your last option or you will regret it. I've only lived here for about two months and it's been ****. This is a TERRIBLE apartment complex. *************************** is the manager and she is an AWEFUL person. The owners of this complex, ***** and ********************* are no better. When you try to get any kind of answer/resolution they will block you and not listen. It forces me to leave 1 star but that is 1 too many. Crista is charging tenants for general maintenance request.
