This place was great until March 2015 when my AC went out. It has almost been four months now with a broken AC unit. I have been to the office on a weekly basis, sent in multiple emails, and they don't answer their phone. I have been here since February 2014 and had no problems until now and with a gimp ac unit my electric bill for the last few months has been sky high and I can't afford it anymore. No real bug problem. Do get them June bugs a few times if I don't spray the apt once a month. Huge problems with prostitution in the area. A/c was out for 3 weeks, no credit or anything. Car towed twice as they "forgot" to give me parking permit, had to pay but did get refund for tow only. Not for cab or anything else for there mess up. Parking an overall problem. Apt was dirty when moved in, had to clean carpet myself.People just don't care here. Trash often everywhere as there are dumpster divers weekly.
Management is bunch of crocks that ate controlled by Jew Owners from California . So it's not local people. On the move out they will robe you literally I had a $1200 bill for cleaning and July rent even though I put my 30 days move out notice in June. I left the apartment the way it was dirty and dusty and they are trying to charge me $450 for cleaning. So I am hiring a lawyer! Save your time and money and stay away from these people!
AWFUL!!! Rhonda and her management people are the worst and don't care about resolving any issues. The place is filthy and any person off the street is welcome to come and rob you at gunpoint. There are bugs all over the place. Th pool is padlocked over the weekend and the grounds are littered with dog feces. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! The water is constantly being shut off, due to poor maintenance. They keep putting a quick fix on the pipes, like every other maintenance issue, so the water will be shut off for an entire day, multiple times. The parking is inadequate and hard on your car because of the slope and pot holes. The complex is dangerous, with drug dealers and car break-ins. The worst part is how the windows are so close to the doors that people can break it and reach in to unlock the door and steal all your stuff. My brother... read more
its not worth all the harrasement. they shredded our and a lot of other peoples rent money order!!! then they tell us we have to pay to get a copy from the money order and give it to them. when it was there fault. they jus got to sit back and relax. we had to stress out bout getting the money order back and they even called harrasing us that we will get evicted if we didnt get it to them in 24 hours. they also are very stuck up and they only care about the $$. i will not recommend this pace at all. it only gets two stars cau... read more
this place sucks. never ever move here, managers are rude maintance guys suck took two weeks to get a fridge that worked and they seem kinda like they got there degree from toys r us or something apartments stink really bad and all the managers have to say is oh its because your next to a sewer so if you like the smell of crap all day long and want to pay 500 bucks to live like that then go for it cant wait till my lease is up if you do decide to move here get a 6month lease so you wont be stuck here for a year i garuntee yo... read more
I lived at UPA for 1 year. It was hell!! THEY NEVER FIXED ANYTHING!!! This entire complex should be condemed. Crime was bad and all the people gave a damn about was your money. I had a situation where I get ready to clan my bathtub and I pick up my bathmat to clean under it and the porcleain part of the tub came up with the mat! I tell the people at the office to fix it.
