Worst would be the short word for these apartments and its management. it is one of the most unhygienic places to live in Kingsville. Name the problem and you will find it here in these apartments. Yes, if you adore rats then by all means, go live there. we literally caught 20 rats in less than 2 months. And guess from where these rats come from? Right from the holes of burners on the stove. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. If I could rate this place a 0, I would without hesitation. This place is horrible. The staff are absolutely disrespectful and not helpful at all. their are so many different places that you can get more for your money. Living here has been nothing but a nightmare. To get Maintenance or the Exterminator to come to your apartment you have to ask the office At least three times and we have yet seen the exterminator come. The water bill is based on how many people live in your apartment, not how much you use (dumb but ok). the water has gone up five to seven dollars every single month. Roaches. Everywhere. Maintenance will NOT come unless something explodes and is flooding. Even that takes hours for them to come. So far our fridge, garbage disposal, lights, and air-conditioning has gone out. They turn sh!t off you need without notice (gas and water, you know, the stuff you need). You might as well live under a bridge with the quality of life given to you here.
I have seen a lot of negitive comments on here i have nothing but good stuff to say they have new people working and they are kind and decent thank you for being a great place to live
WORST APARTMENT IN LUBBOCK hands down. Please do not make the mistake of renting an apartment here. The management just wants your money. The property manager is the worst of all the staff. She is super rude and would go to length to harass anybody. The authorities should shut this place down, they are dirty, roach infested and very unsafe. Greedy thugs!
This is the worst apartment I have ever lived. They cheat you and don't let you know that some apartments share the electricity for water heating with 3 other apartments. If your electricity bill is high check with them and move out immediately. They will not do anything about it and will demand you to continue sharing. The worst property manager I have ever dealt with. She is very rude and I am in the process of taking action against her.
Worst place ever!!! Their is nothing good about this place their unresponsible always trying to take your money! That's all they care about... I wouldn't recommend it to nobody
This place is a joke. It was dirty when I moved in. The flooring warped and water damaged. Full of roaches. Fights outside on the weekend are not uncommon. Save yourself the headache. Not worth the time or money they are asking
