Lived here for 1 year. Apartment was nice and clean when I moved in, had good lighting, and also located in a pretty peaceful neighborhood. Got to see a lot of pets walking around each day, which was nice. Management also seemed reasonable whenever I've interacted with them.

I've lived at Woodland Fields for 4 years and can certainly call it home. The apartments themselves are spacious, bright, and insulated from neighboring sounds. Management and maintenance are both responsive and helpful. It's a pet friendly community which makes for lots of friendly pup interactions. The best part is that Woodland Fields is close to everything you need and also surrounded by nature! I lived here for a bit over a year. Overall it was a good experience. The property is very clean and well-maintained. Tami, the manager, was very helpful, friendly and thoughtful, although a little hard to get a hold of once in awhile. Maintenance requests were done in a timely fashion and were well-documented. The checkout process was very transparent and fair. I think the rent is pretty fair for the apartment size, quality and amenities like central air.
