Pretty quiet and fair rates. Maintenance comes next day which is great. Love the pool, and if you go in the morning you can do laps by yourself which is pretty awesome
I actually like my townhouse. Its a good price for the space. BUT I have to agree with some of the other comments about the management. Management seems to change every month and with each change, it get worse and worse! I guess in the end, you get what you pay for!
