** If I could rate this less I would** I've now lived here four months and out of those four I believe only one I didn't have any bug problems. This complex didn't spray our previous neighbors apartment on the regular so whenever they moved out, I absorbed their bug problem. Since then it has been the worst living experience I have ever had and has only gotten worse. Day by day there are more bugs. Woodland Creek was ok. We didn't have any safety issues, but it's not in the best neighborhood. Office staff is hit or miss and can be very unpleasant to deal with. Maggie was always very nice to us and our son. You can hear everything from your neighbors because the walls are very thin. The pool didn't open until July and we went on the day it opened, it was really dirty already. The gym area is very nice. Overall it's a cheap place to live, but I probably wouldn't move back there.
I experienced a lot of discrimination with them and unethical buisness practices
I have a package to be picked up in their office and unfortunately it is nowhere to be found.i had proof that it was been delivered ( from their own list and the note from our mailbox) they told me to call usps but its their fault they had given it to a wrong person.Someone is not doing their job well.
My husband and I were looking for an apartment for us in Durham area. We are attracted by the playground for our kids. We were walking around the complex and we found that it's very dirty with garbage, tons of cigaratte butts in front of the apartment unit behind the playground. There are also dog poops on the grass around the forest area. So, we are very disappointed. We will have to look for an apartment somewhere else. We really love to have the clean outdoor and common area for our kids.
