Steer clear of this place at all costs. Mold infestation runs rampant due to a flooded apartment caused by a malfunctioning washer and a hurricane. Instead of properly addressing the issue, management simply painted over the mold. Upon moving out, they unjustly charge residents for carpet damage, falsely attributing it to pets. I would not recommend living here they take forever to fix stuff like the air conditioning they should have air conditioning in may and also they don’t listen or do there job right at all all they do is gaslight us it is humiliating!! I have no choice but to stay in this apartment !! They won’t even work with us to literally move apartments so we have cheaper rent I pay 1,700 even thought they say the rent was less than that me and my fiancé can’t afford this so we might get kicked out !! Worst leasing office, I tried calling their office to get details on a apartment and someone from corporate office answer the calls asks for name, email phone and says "someone from leasing office calls me" Then i never receives a call back, This happened for a month then decided to apply for a condo as some one from those calls said they will call me back if i apply. The building’s main fire alarm system has been going off nonstop all day and night for over two months. It is a very high-pitched whine that I can hear in my apartment. When maintenance “fixes” it, it starts back up after a couple hours. The staff has not provided solid updates and ignores emails about the constant issue. This is the biggest issue I’ve had with them, and instead of working with me and informing me, they just ignore. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional!

Stay away!! This place is garbage and garbage is exactly how they will treat you. Run down!! If you like noise junk and being treated like a screaming pile... then this place might be for you! Staff is completely horrible. MUCH BETTER PLACES TO LIVE IN OKEMOS!! DO YOU SELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY.

You're going to have to work with the staff at some point after you sign the lease. Trust me, you don't want to. They are very unpleasant to work with. The maintenance team is pretty good but the buildings were obviously a rush job. The paint looks awful and they cut corners on construction. Expect to pay high heating and cooling bills because the insulation and windows are terrible. Also, it's over priced and the buildings are starting to show significant aging. Save yourself the hassle. Since the pandemic has hit , and especially during quarantine, the following has happened: - Office staff was un-reachable most of the time, unless they called you directly to complain about something you did. - Maintenance got cut back (but was still around for emergencies) - Increased amount of noise, police activity. - Demands for on payment rent during the pandemic in thinly veiled threats.
