Somebody took my phone now
When I was moving in, the lock to my front door malfunctioned through no fault of my own and the key stopped working. They refused to reimburse me for a locksmith and were also quite nasty about it. I am still pissed about that. Sewage came up the bathtub on a regular basis - almost weekly. Glad to be out of there!
Big shoutout to Natasha! I toured with her today and the experience was excellent. She was very professional and personable, and I really appreciated her positive energy throughout the tour. Natasha is clearly knowledgeable about the building and the available units, and she answered all my questions with ease. Overall, it was a great experience — this community is now at the top of my list for a new apartment!
Natasha was awesome during my visit — super friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole process feel comfortable instead of salesy. What impressed me even more was how smoothly the property seems to run. I saw the maintenance team in action and they were quick, polite, and clearly on top of things. It’s rare to see leasing and maintenance both on the same page, but here it feels like everyone’s working together to keep the community running well. That definitely gives me confidence about living here.
I visited Residences at Woodlake today and I absolutely love how the new renovations look—everything feels fresh and modern. The staff was very top tier, professional, and welcoming, which made a great impression on me. While I was there, a resident even confirmed that if I choose this apartment complex, I would be happy with my decision, and that really gave me peace of mind.
