I visited Residences at Woodlake today and I absolutely love how the new renovations look—everything feels fresh and modern. The staff was very top tier, professional, and welcoming, which made a great impression on me. While I was there, a resident even confirmed that if I choose this apartment complex, I would be happy with my decision, and that really gave me peace of mind.
Lived here for about 4 or 5 years. The original management staff was okay, though my car was towed the very first night there because they gave me someone else's parking spot and I was never reimbursed for their mistakes. Management changed hands at least 3 times while loving there, though it could have been more since they never really announced when it would change hands. The community got worse with each change. This place isn't what it's you think it has rodents mold lazy office staff the security is so lazy you ve to carry a weapon just to walk to your car it's ok don't recommend it to live here that's why I ve a lawyer pending against this rat infested place it's full of BS
Their trying to improve the building but the tenants are ??????? Not like it use to be clean quite.but a nice place to live
Paying $75 for a parking spot? You should probably stop as I probably am if the parking spots are not being regulated and enforced. I pay $75 for a parking spot here. I’ve been seeing a lot of cars with no stickers parking wherever they please. I’ve also seen cars waiting at the gate for people to let them out and in. This is awful management and it’s no wonder so many apartments are vacant and have been vacant. They need to do a parking audit once a week and tow any car that isn’t supposed to be here.
