Lived here for about 3 years. Office staff was awesome when I first moved in. Never had any issues and paid my rent on time. I read another review about them wanting the blacks out. It may be true. I was told to move because police had identified someone at my residence that had committed a crime. When I asked the office manager the name of the person that had been identified she began to name everyone on my lease including my son whom was currently living in another state. Woodlake apartments gave me a one bedroom apartment at a fair price for what I was getting and always seemed to try and better the living conditions of its residents. Maintenance was quick and understanding. Jessica, the property manager was generous and kind at the end of my lease. She is genuine in caring for the residents. I’d recommend Woodlake over other apartments in the vicinity.

I'm a black man that stay on the property and what I heard from my neighbor this weekend startled me she said her daughter heard the office guy his name is Matthew early in the morning around 7:20am walking the property. It was real hot that day she said and he thought the windows would be closed but their window was open and he said he wish he could get rid of all the black people off the property especially section 8 they're tearing up our God damn property we need to kick them on the streets.
